At the end of this program, participants will:Understand the benefits of reflective practice
Know the origins and importance of reflective practice
Understand and develop the attitudes and attributes for effective reflective practice
Be aware of the different modes and lenses of reflection and when to use them
Undertake a structured process to reflect on and improve own practice
Have analysed their own position in relation to their current and future positions
Have some strategies for gathering and analysing feedback from their supervisors and peers
Understand the Reflection Journal and how to use it for more effective reflection
